With unrivalled experience in the retail alloy wheel industry from its infancy in the 1980s comes unrivalled knowledge. We have over 30 years alloy wheels experience in both design and manufacture. Our company, Sixonetwo Ltd has been creating brands and making wheels since 2005.
We have seen the re-invention of the wheel in its various styles and fashions over many years. Deep dish, euro look, polished, tinted, concave, coloured, anodised, mesh, multi spoke (and yes, even chrome spinners) have all made an appearance in the world of automotive customisation (although we drew the line at spinners).
We’ve seen the job done so well that it makes jaws drop, and on occasions we’ve seen alloy wheels that are just plain wrong for any vehicle. In short, we’ve witnessed the good, the bad and the ugly.
It’s our experience that has brought us to this point. We have found ourselves to be a valuable resource for those in the wheel industry looking to produce their own wheel brands and do it correctly.

Design & Concept
Our in-house design team are unmatched in the automotive industry. Just tell us your concept and we will create and present you with everything you need to realise your own wheel brand and wheel designs. The design process starts with a handful of preliminary design sketches then we drill down on the preferred concepts creating 3D scaled images for your approval, always giving you artistic licence.
Manufacture
We have a network of factories across the world each with their own unique capabilities, so you can trust us to place your business with the right factory and oversee the production from start to finish. Let us take the pressure of supply whilst you focus on looking after your business.
Logistics
We’ll be in touch to let you know when your stock is imminent and make plans for its delivery to your premises or storage facility - on time, where you need it to be. We can also under certain circumstances, store and fulfil your retail orders from our own warehouse. Ask us about our storage and delivery services.

Once you have placed your order, the hard work starts. We promise you our full attention every step of the way as we coordinate and schedule the stock ensuring quality and quantity in a timely fashion from our offices in the UK and Taiwan.

Concept
Your journey begins with your ideas for your wheel brand, and your market expectations. We'll discuss this all with you in our first concept meeting and we'll get to know your plans and the target vehicles you have in mind. We can show you some examples and case histories to get you started.
Design and Brand Assets
Our design team can assist if you need brand assets created, such as a brand identity including logo, brand colours, box designs, and of course wheel designs. Our wheel designers are unrivalled in both their automotive experience and eye for innovation with many popular wheel designs you've seen on the road coming from our design hub. Wheel design always starts with the constraints of the target vehicle in mind, enabling us to innovate and push design limits to their maximum within the safety and engineering boundaries the vehicle demands.
Rendering
Once your concept has been established, the next step is to produce your designs and visualise your final products. We will create design options for your approval and create photo-realistic 3D image renders to envision your products on your target vehicle. This is where you will see your vision truly come to life. This process ensures your brand vision will be manufactured as you imagined.
CAD
The next step is to send your designs to our TUV & ISO accredited manufacturing facility for CAD engineering drawings to be prepared and made ready for tooling. Once all engineering standards have been crossed checked, tooling can begin. This is when the wheel model is made ready for casting. Sample wheels are sent to us to scrutinise, and test fit to the vehicle prior to order the final run of wheels to be gravity cast from the highest quality raw Aluminium ingots sourced from Dubai.

All parts we supply are rigorously checked for quality throughout the design and manufacturing process. Once conceptual designs are agreed, the parts are engineered so that the design is fit for purpose. In this stage material thickness, weight and strength is analysed using Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) by Pro-E software.
If any potential weaknesses are found, adjustments are made to address these without compromising the design. Once this stage is complete, we can move to tooling and prototyping, where after checks are done on actual parts. To meet TÜV VIA/JWL certifications procedures are carried out.
Wheels undergo a number of internal tests & can be sent to the lab at TÜV Austria to carry out the same tests independently.
Throughout the production process, several quality control checks, all under TÜV law, are carried out:
Casting: X ray, AL analysis, Pulling strength
CNC: Roundness, rotate balance, air leak <<<100%
After painting: Visual check, roundness, rotate balance <100%
Appearance check: A visual check by internal quality control and packing staff. All quality control methods employed are approved by both TUV and ISO standards.
Our own established wheel brands are HAWKE, HAWKE AWD, CADES, C9 & SSR which cater for most vehicles including prestige cars and SUVs through to sports cars, pickup trucks and small hatchbacks. We are sole importers for the TPI brand of wheel spacers and wheel fittings. We also sell other automotive brands such as H&R and Bimecc.
